Our Story

Property management is one of the most email-intensive industries in the world. A company managing 200+ buildings can receive hundreds of emails every day — invoices from contractors, maintenance requests from owners, contracts, price offers, and legal documents.

We saw property management teams spending 3-4 hours every morning just sorting through their inbox. Important invoices were missed. Owner inquiries went unanswered for days. And the knowledge buried in years of email history was essentially lost.

Proflow was built to fix this. We combined modern AI with deep property management domain knowledge to create a platform that reads, understands, and acts on property management emails automatically.

Today, Proflow processes thousands of emails daily for property management companies across Slovakia, turning hours of manual work into minutes of review and approval.
